How can I book from your website?

Reserving a room is very easy through our online hotel reservation system. Click RESERVATION section of the web site of our Hotel and choose:
- The number of guests;
- The type of room (even on multiple choice);
- The period of stay.
Will be shown a detailed table of prices in case of availability of rooms at our hotel.
To confirm your reservation, go to step 3 where you are asked to enter personal data and credit card details which will be held, only the guarantee in accordance with the policies of cancellation (see below) in our hotel.
At the end of the booking process, if all steps were followed correctly, will receive an email along with a booking code which can be used for any communications or deletions to our hotel.

Why should I include my credit card number in the reservation?

No charge will be 'FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD.
The Credit Card is required to guarantee reservations. Will be charged an amount equal to the first night in case of no-show or if the cancellation will not be sent 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation can be made at least 48 hours before arrival at NO CHARGE. After this limit of the FIRST NIGHT will be charged to your credit card as guarantee.

How long will it take you to respond to my reservation?

The reservation will be accepted when they will be placed on the personal data and those of the credit card, an email will be sent to the email address you specify.
The "REQUEST AVAILABILITY '" will be handled by our reservations department that will provide a direct contact via email or telephone after verifying the requests made within 24 hours.

I have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?

Call the hotel directly at the number located at bottom of pages on this site.

Once you have made my reservation, will I receive a confirmation from the hotel?

Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of booking together with a personal code that will allow you to change reservations or cancel the reservation by the special section.

There are additional costs to booking through your site?

There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use our reservation system.

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it: why?

There are a few possibilities:
-The type of card is not accepted at the Hotel.
-The card expiration date precedes the date of arrival at the hotel.
-E 'have reached the limit of use of credit.
-There is a problem with our computer error.

Is 'provided a shuttle service from / to' airport?

An airport shuttle can be arranged on request.

Can I specify a particular room located (preferred floor, etc.)?

The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We can not guarantee the location of the room, the floor, or other specific requests made in the reservation because they are subject to availability of rooms in our hotel, but please feel free to insert your request during NOTES RESERVATION or AVAILABILITY REQUEST '.

Our children will be with us ... Stay free?

Children under 4 years stay free in parents room using existing bedding.

There is the availability of cribs or rollaway beds?

Our hotel offers cribs and rollaway beds. Not all room types will allow rollaway beds.

Rates for this hotel are per night, per room or per person?

Prices are per room, per night, breakfast, taxes, parking and service included.
